Access to individual finds for receiving organisations

Archaeologists of the organisation an individual find was handed over to can access its record and files in any processing state.

An individual find (samostatný nález) is accessible, in any processing state, to archaeologists (role C) of the organisation it was handed over to, recorded in samostatny_nalez/predano_organizace. The rule applies to both the OAI-PMH API and the File API, in addition to the existing rules, which remain in force.

The individual-find rows of both access tables now state the archaeologist’s organisation clauses explicitly — a find under a project of the user’s organisation, or handed over to it — and the File API page gained a legend for the terms its table uses.
